Iconic Spaces represents two historic venues
in the heart of Manhattan:
Gotham Hall and The Ziegfeld Ballroom

GOTHAM HALL

Housed in the circa-1920s former Greenwich Savings Bank, Gotham Hall is a gilded-age gem that has been sumptuously refurbished and restored, and is a go-to venue for special events ranging from society weddings to non-profit galas, seating up to 600 guests in its Grand Ballroom.

ZIEGFELD BALLROOM

Evoking the majesty of the elegant movie houses that once occupied the Great White Way, the Art Deco-inspired Ziegfeld Ballroom is New York City’s newest and most technologically advanced venue for special events and can accommodate over 800 seated guests in its Ballroom.

A Classical Revival landmark is now a society staple.

Comprised of five unique spaces—The Grand Ballroom, The Lounge, The Mezzanine and its adjoining Mezzanine Green Room, and The Oak Room—each of which can be used separately or together, depending upon the scale of your event—one this is certain:  entering Gotham Hall is entering the storied heart of New York from the city's fabled Gilded Age.  Pass through the towering bas-relief brass doors, step onto the inlaid marble floors, and take your place in a world where style and sophistication are hand in glove.

A Manhattan icon is reimagined and reborn.

Take your place in New York City history at Ziegfeld Ballroom, which once hosted more dazzling movie premieres than any theater outside of Hollywood.  The Ziegfeld is Manhattan’s newest special events venue—and one of its largest.  Taking its design inspiration from the luxury ocean liners of the 1930s and outfitted with the most cutting edge technology available today, ours is a space that's as iconic as it is contemporary.  With the capacity to host more than 800 guests for a seated dinner and a flexible, divisible floor plan,  the Ziegfeld is ideal for special events of all kinds.
